The discounted rate applies only to registered charities, recognised associations and community groups when Beverley Hall is booked as part of their business purpose e.g. thank you function for volunteers or fundraising event. This will be at the discretion of Guildford Action.

If successful you will then receive a discount approval letter informing you of your customer number which you must quote every time you book Beverley Hall in order to qualify for the discounted rate
